We are looking for Technical Product Owners who have extensive Healthcare Insurance industry background who have a strong understanding of brokers, members, providers and vendors. This team works on batch application (FPM), user front end portal, call center applications, web services, member website, outsourced broker and enrollment website and claims. We want to make sure that outcomes are clear and will not impact the overall stability of the product. We want to make change management, setting clear expectations and communicating clearly to the business, vendor and customers. We have been tasked to hire 25 Product Mangers to support 25 priority consumer products for our Healthcare Insurance client. We will leverage our Professional Services Division, Evergreen and their Agile Services Division to provide oversight, governance, coaching \u0026 strategy. Our clients Technology Organization is not aligned to the Product Model and has little to no knowledge of this. The towers outside of the Digital Organization (sub division within the larger Technology Division) are engineering-centric and do not have existing Product Management staff aligned to business processes in scope for these products. Transforming to a Product Model is one of the Technology Organizations roadmap priorities and they are not where they need to be.
