A client of Insight Global is looking for a Remote Mitel Engineer to design, install, configure, and support Unified Communication systems (ideally Mitel/ShoreTel products). This individual must sit... in the PST time zone. The role includes supporting, upgrading and implementing phone systems as well as maintaining network hardware and software, ensuring system availability, and resolving complex technical issues. The engineer will manage, and support tickets and has the expectation to provide thorough documentation within their ticketing system, collaborate with end-users to translate business needs into technical solutions, assist sales with pre-sales support, support implementations, document designs, and contribute to statements of work. Success in this role requires strong customer service, technical expertise within Unified Communication systems, project management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively as well as professionally across all organizational levels.This is a heavy customer-facing role with an emphasis on one?s ability to provide excellent customer service skills. The ideal candidate has extensive experience utilizing Mitel Application Suite, specifically with Mitel MiVoice Business as well as has experience with the implementation of phone systems. Additional Details: ?Must have a valid Driver?s License and motor vehicle insurance (at least equal to the state?s minimum coverage requirements), as well as the ability to travel to customer locations and other destinations for short to medium term projects.
