Insight Global is looking for a Sr Azure Cloud Architect to support a large azure modernization project for the IRS and federal fiscal service. This team is currently in the process of migrating... several applications from on prem to the azure gov cloud. This architect will be responsible designing, implementing, and managing multiple aspects of the Azure cloud solution. Experience will all aspects of Azure Cloud including security, networking and platforms are preferred. On a day to day basis this architect will work with several scrum teams in a agile SAFe development environment and will work cross functionally with development, security and infrastructure ops teams. In addition, this role will require weekly coordination with internal and external stakeholders. Strong communication skills are a must. This position can sit fully remote and offers opportunity for upward mobility upon full time conversion.
