S/he will work with stakeholders across the business to increase cross-sell, repeat purchases, and consumption frequency. The ideal candidate will be willing to roll up their sleeves, comfortable multi-tasking, and enjoys the challenge of utilizing a broad range of skills in a fast-paced, agile and rapidly growing environment. You will partner with the cross functional members across the organization to develop a segmented and targeted CRM strategy that (a) accelerates recruitment, (b) reduces churn, and (c) increases the brand?s customer lifetime value . Yuo will develop and lead implementation of an annual calendar that synergizes with cross-functional initiatives (new product launches, new advertising campaign, etc.) to drive recruitment and repeat purchases through a robust and effective paid media, organic social, email, and SMS plan. You will create dynamic email and SMS content tailored to specific audience segments, adjusting messaging, imagery, and offers accordingly. You will establish and maintain a design system for email templates to ensure brand consistency and production efficiency. This role is onsite Monday through Thursday with Friday being remote.
