A client of Insight Global is seeking an IT Support Technician (L1/L2) to provide hands-on technical support across the NYC metro area. This is a short-term contract (2?3 months) need created due to... a temporary staffing gap and requires someone who can jump in quickly, work independently, and deliver strong customer service.This role supports a Windows-based environment and includes a mix of onsite client visits and office-based support, with local travel across NYC (5 boroughs), New Jersey, and potentially Westchester.Key Focus Areas1. Onsite & Remote End-User Support-Provide Level 1 and Level 2 troubleshooting for end users in professional service environments. -Deliver onsite support at client locations as needed, with some support performed from the office. 2. Windows / Server / Active Directory Support-Support Windows environments and handle basic server and Active Directory tasks aligned to L2 work.3.
