The IT Business Analyst ensures smooth delivery of new products, services, and processes within the value stream. As part of the Value Stream Ready Team, they centralize the gathering and documentation of business and IT requirements, support planning and process analysis, and work with business units to capture project needs. They also plan, create, and deploy IT solutions while clarifying requirements, researching business and IT questions, and outlining processes for the team.This role is a 6 month contract to hire. The expectation is that this individual will convert full time, pending performance. Annual salary expectations are from 90,000-100,000.
