Working for the IS Support & Operations team, you will be responsible for supporting all aspects of how people access technology in their day-to-day work. You will primarily be responsible for owning the in person service desk to provide IT troubleshooting hardware and software support. You will: -Man the support desk to answer questions/provide support to onsite users - Help users make the most of their Windows/Mac workstations, iPhones, printers, handhelds, tablets and other devices through their whole lifecycle from initial imaging through to safe disposal - Provide connectivity to desk areas and assisting remote users with basic connectivity support to ensure they can communicate with the systems they need (WiFi/Ethernet/VPN) in and out of the office - Onboard new users and other day-to-day IT support tasks as coordinated by a central support ticketing system - Assist in meeting room technology maintenanceWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
