This might include bracket sampling, which will require another day of sample observation and additional EDRS or K2 approvals. If the project has California Hazardous samples, notify the EFS for the job immediately and help coordinate a meeting with all parties to develop a hazardous soil management plan.-Route all pertinent documentation for EDRS approval from Environmental, Quality Control and leadership. This task must be completed in a timely manner, otherwise projects can experience significant delays or budget losses due to missed giveaway opportunities.-CM or a CS is to be on recipient's property during first dirt deliveries. Many projects of a larger size will have more than one recipient. The CM or a CS must be onsite for all first-time deliveries to evaluate job safety, identify any hazards and stop the job if needed. On a large project, this may mean that multiple personnel need to be in multiple locations at the same time.-Perform project oversight. Continue weeks and often months of daily communication with the construction team during the excavation phase of projects. Organize delivery dates with the recipients as well as with the construction team. Keep in contact with recipients to ensure proper dirt delivery.
