This analyst will design and build end-to-end BI solutions that transform complex healthcare and revenue cycle data into clear, actionable insights that support business decision-making. On a day-to-day basis, the role involves partnering directly with business stakeholders to understand their workflows, reporting pain points, and underlying questions behind the data. The analyst will translate those needs into thoughtfully designed dashboards, well-defined metrics, and intuitive visualizations, with a focus on storytelling and usability for non-technical audiences. This role requires regularly reviewing SQL tables, views, stored procedures, and SSIS packages to understand data flow and metric logic, validate results, and identify data quality or logic issues. The analyst will collaborate closely with database, engineering, and analytics teams to resolve issues and ensure trusted reporting. Post Discharge: This program makes phone outreaches to Medicare members who are discharged from the Emergency Department/Emergency Room (ED/ER). The Care Team will make outreaches to these members and offer a no-cost telephonic consultation with a Call Center Representative. Concerns that may be addressed may include, but are not limited to, issues surrounding the member\u0027s understanding of diagnoses, providing resources for hot meals, transportation, and local urgent care or Telehealth options, and making other recommendations for resources that may benefit their care, and discuss other follow-up needs.
