This is a contract role that is guaranteed for 12 weeks, but can extend until February 2027. This individual will supervise Education and Training Managers, instructors, and support staff while ensuring compliance with Job Corps, Department of Labor, and Eckerd Connects standards.Responsibilities include overseeing Outcomes Measurement Standards (OMS), reviewing reports, managing department budgets, leading staff development, coordinating workforce partnerships, and promoting student success across the Career Success Standards. This role partners closely with the Center Director and corporate teams, leads audits and assessments, oversees Work-Based Learning, coordinates job fairs and career events, and ensures classroom and training environments meet industry standards.
