Remote Release Train Engineer

Our Fortune 500 Client is seeking a Release Train Engineer for a potentially long-term, remote role. We need a senior-level person who can work with multiple products and coordinate their releases... More amongst all of those products. The RTE role is the keeper of Agile for a program, so they must have the capability to be involved with pre- and post-PI (program incremental) planning, keep up with the program Kanban board, all the way down to the individual product and team boards in ADO. This person will ideally have the ability to also act as a Product Owner and Business Analyst as well but will mainly be the RTE or Scrum Master running with everything from user stories with acceptance criteria, to story points, to defining stories and prioritizing the backlog, to coordinating releases and leading the PI planning meetings. They must be comfortable working with the client to populate that information in ADO and also have enough experience to coordinate that amongst multiple products (currently they have 5). It is similar to a Project Manager, but this RTE will have specific skills per SAFe & Agile. PMO Support Consultant - Remote

A customer of Insight Global is looking for a PMO Support Consultant as they build out a new PMO from scratch. This person will not be managing projects, but will be working on behind the scenes... More tasks to assist in establishing an organized PMO for new international operators. This person should be expert-level with Jira and Jira Cloud so that they can set up Jira boards, move data over from Smart Sheet reports, set up swim lanes, cards, divisions, and run reports when necessary to gather data from cards. The PMO team also needs help with file structure in Sharepoint and Confluence pages. They will audit current pages in Confluence, bring ideas and recommendations aroudn file structure, and then create templates for the team to use for projects moving forward. There is also a need for some Agile coaching for current members of the PMO. So this person will help the team learn how to plan sprints, create user stories, run scrum meetings, and any other Agile/Scrum best practices that could be applicable.
