You may also mentor junior engineers. This is not a traditional in office role - the hours will vary from week to week. Ex. you work in office 50% and when travelling, you may work M-F or Tu-Sat 10-12 hour shifts at different customer plant locations within the US, with a variety of days, nights, and weekends. Training will be implemented on the job, with other engineers for 6 months - 1 year, before being assigned individual cases. Rental car and mileage is paid for. The position has a good mix of in and out of office, and offers a base salary + Overtime model.
