- Work alongside key leadership roles to organize and develop teams that support development values streams, integrate with Agile Release Trains - Coach Innovative Data Solution teams through... self-sustained improvement. - Coach, mentor, and train key roles in the adoption of Agile product management and servant leadership values and practices. - Coach, mentor, and train Scrum Masters in the skills needed to facilitate key team level events such as Product Backlog grooming, Daily Stand Up, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Product Roadmap development and support PI Planning. - Drive widespread adoption across the whole Innovative Data Solutions organization of Lean and Agile mindset, values, principles, and practices - Mentor and coach Scrum and Kanban teams. - Deliver SAFe training and workshops such as Leading SAFe, SAFe for Teams, SAFe PO/PM, Scrum of Scrums, Scrum and Kanban COE, and Value Stream Identification. - Identify and implement key team Agile metrics and information radiators for greater awareness of efficiency and effectiveness and as a key component of continuous improvement. - Actively participate as member of the larger coaching team, contributing towards consistent guidance and practices.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
