The program?s goal is to develop a modern digital data framework that enables real-time visibility, data-driven decision-making, and seamless collaboration across the value chain, helping the organization become more agile, adaptive, and sustainable while promoting continuous improvement and operational excellence. The initiative is built around four key pillars: Databricks Build, focused on developing data products; Data Warehouse Consolidation, which includes analyzing, consolidating, and retiring Snowflake reports; Central Data Office, centered on establishing data quality and governance; and an Accelerator pillar that leverages methodologies from the Tredence partner team. The PM will initially be responsible for one to two of these pillars.This program is approximately four months in, so the PM will be joining during early delivery stages with tight timelines. The ideal candidate has experience managing data and analytics initiatives, familiarity with Databricks, Snowflake, and data governance concepts, and some hands-on experience working in Agile or Scrum environments. This person will be in the field 80-100% of the time, executing on projects and will often be working odd hours or an occasional weekend to complete the work. Travel will primarily be regionally based, but could involve travel outside of the assigned region. Projects will focus on general building upgrades and increase in complexity as trust is earned. All travel time is paid and expenses are reimbursed but will be fronted on a personal credit card. A credit card limit of $6,000 or higher is required to appropriately support the travel, but expenses can be submitted weekly for reimbursement.
