Assist with user setup, role assignments, permissions, and minor configuration tasks under guidance. Monitor and escalate Coupa integration errors to the appropriate owners. Update and maintain procurement system documentation, FAQs, and knowledge bases.2.Issue & Request Management Manage low-complexity issues in the service desk platform, ensuring proper tracking and closure. Collaborate with the IT Service Desk to categorize, prioritize, and assign tickets accurately. Identify recurring issues and communicate improvement opportunities for process optimization.3.Intake & Change Request Coordination Support the intake and triage of procurement-related feature requests and system enhancements through Asana. Ensure all requests follow the approved change management workflow, from validation and prioritization to final approval.
