Key Responsibilities:-Pipeline Development & Growth Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive federal healthcare growth strategy, maintaining a 2-year strategic pipeline of opportunities.-Relationship Management: Leverage an existing "rolodex" of relationships across federal health agencies (DHA, HHS) to foster client connections, gain customer insights, and position the company as a preferred vendor.-Teaming & Partnerships: Identify, negotiate with, and build partnerships with strategic teaming partners (primes and subs).-Market Intelligence: Monitor federal procurement trends, specifically in health IT, electronic health records (EHR) modernization, and digital transformation.-Executive Reporting: Brief executive leadership on pipeline health, pursuit status, and win strategies.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
