A large-scale healthcare insurance company is seeking a Lead SDET to join their AI center of excellence team. As a Lead Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET), you will drive the design and... implementation of robust automated testing frameworks and quality enablement strategies across agile delivery teams. Youll lead efforts to develop and integrate advanced testing toolsincluding AI-driven solutionsensuring software products meet the highest standards of performance, security, and compliance. This role combines hands-on technical work with leadership responsibilities (50% hands on & 50% leadership), including mentoring engineers, resolving complex software quality issues, and influencing testing strategy at the departmental level. Youll collaborate cross-functionally to enhance CI/CD pipelines, manage test data, and ensure comprehensive test coverage across APIs, UIs, and performance layers, while continuously improving processes through metrics, innovation, and automation.
