At the ignition, they will support with establishing the scanning phase whereby meta data is scanned from various sources/ storages, such as Databricks, and categorized according to its type i.e. PII data, confidential data etc. On an operational standpoint, they will monitor these weekly meta data scans and resolve support with incident resolution to correct errors. After the scanned data goes to Purview for categorization, the Admin will go forward to support in establishing and implementing the post-scanning workflows to provide access to requesting users. This will include technical implementations of various sequences depending on the data type, requesting user, and required approvals.
