Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Provide Tier 1/Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, network, and system issues.Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve end-user technical problems.Document incidents, solutions, and system procedures.Support system installations, upgrades, migrations, and maintenance activities.Maintain security, system integrity, and business continuity standards.Collaborate with IT teams to resolve escalated issues and improve service delivery.Assist users with technical questions, account access, and application support.Stay current on new technologies and IT support best practices.Compensation:$26.04/hr to $31.12/hr.Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance.
