Daily, this person will be expected to handle 20-30 tickets, 7:30-11 being there busiest time of the day answering service calls. This person will also be expected to multi task while assisting employees with issues such as entering data into excel responding to emails, and shipping out equipment. The other portion of the day consists of assembling 20+ laptops a day for new employees and leading Zoom calls with subcontractors on how to set up their equipment before their first day. This person will be joining a team of 7 other help desk technicians. This is a hybrid role, 4 days on site, 1 remote with some flexibility. This time is migrating over to servicenow so you will be in between their homegrown system and servicenow for some time until it is fully live in a few months. Insight Global is looking to add a Senior Help Desk Technician to our client's team in the St. Louis, MO area. This person will be responsible for assisting internal employees and subcontractors with... equipment set ups, returns, and equipment trouble shooting needs. Daily, this person will be expected to handle 20-30 tickets, 7:30-11 being there busiest time of the day answering service calls. This person will also be expected to multi task while assisting employees with issues such as entering data into excel responding to emails, and shipping out equipment. The other portion of the day consists of assembling 20+ laptops a day for new employees and leading Zoom calls with subcontractors on how to set up their equipment before their first day. This person will be joining a team of 7 other help desk technicians. This is a hybrid role, 4 days on site, 1 remote with some flexibility. This time is migrating over to servicenow so you will be in between their homegrown system and servicenow for some time until it is fully live in a few months. It is expected for this person to understand some powershell, open up command lines and run basic commands, as well as be able to multitask and implement project management skills.
