The role builds rolling financial projections that incorporate capital requests, tuition and clinic rate assumptions, and new revenue opportunities, and monitors budget execution through monthly variance analysis and corrective actions. It directs financial reporting and analysis, producing detailed statements and dashboards to inform decision-making, and supports audits by maintaining reconciliations and internal controls. Daily accounting operations, patient revenue allocation, payroll compliance, and travel reimbursements fall under its supervision, along with coordination of year-end close activities.
