The Accounting Manager is responsible for supporting the Assistant Corporate Controller in overseeing day-to-day accounting operations for the Bank. This role is a 50/50 blend of hands-on accounting... and people leadership, serving as the primary reviewer of complex reconciliations, a key contributor to month-end close, and the main point of contact for general ledger maintenance.The role has heavy exposure to banking operations, including oversight of the Federal Reserve account, cash accounts, investments, leases, loans, deposits, and regulatory reporting. Most of the accounting team will report into this position, making it a critical leadership role within the accounting function.This is a direct-hire, permanent opportunity with long-term growth potential, competitive compensation, bonus eligibility, and flexibility (hybrid schedule, standard business hours).
