Insight Global is assisting a client of ours in the Coconut Grove, FL area who is seeking to hire a Sr. Executive Assistant/Operations Manager for a direct hire role. This client has been operating... out of the United Kingdom for the last 5 years supporting a single family and their estate, but the company has recently branched out and opened a US based office. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leaders in a dynamic, high-impact industry, providing invaluable support that contributes to the success of the organization.The successful Executive Assistant/Operations Manager will demonstrate emotional intelligence, adeptness in building strong relationships, and experience operating at the C-Suite/Board level. This role operates at a fast pace with high expectations. Expertise in diary management is essential, along with the ability to efficiently organize extensive worldwide travel arrangements. Attention to detail and being extremely organized are also crucial attributes for this role. This role will also assist with the operations of the setup and execution of their new office space. The Executive Assistant/Operations Manager will provide high-level support and will act as a trusted partner, ensuring seamless operations, effective time management, and enhanced communication.
