We are seeking a Class A Commercial High-Rise Assistant Facilities Supervisor to oversee 24/7 operations and maintenance of building systems. This role works closely with the Facility Manager and... helps carry out the strategy and ensures all equipment is operating efficiently. This individual will be supporting capital projects such as cooling tower replacements, while ensuring timely completion of preventative maintenance. The team under this role is responsible for both operational continuity and maintenance execution across the property.Compensation: $130,000 to $150,000 per year annual salary.
