The Assistant Maintenance Manager supports maintenance operations, within one of the world?s largest distribution center networks. This role partners closely with technicians, site leadership, and... clients to ensure equipment reliability, safety compliance, and continuous operational improvement.The AMM plays a hands-on leadership role by prioritizing work orders, leading shift handoffs and briefings, conducting facility inspections, and supporting preventive and corrective maintenance programs. High performers gain strong visibility and clear advancement paths into Senior Maintenance Manager and regional leadership roles.This is an on call 24/7 based role aligned with technician schedules and supports a highly automated, fast-paced distribution environment.Compensation: $120K per year +10% bonus.
