The Chief Medical Officer (CMO) serves as a member of the Executive Team and is responsible for reporting to and directly working with the CEO and the Executive Team with accomplishing the strategic... and policy goals for the organization. In addition, the CMO is responsible for leadership and management of the Office of Medical Director (OMD) and assisting the Board staff and the Board in reviewing quality of care cases and making recommendations to the Board regarding those matters.
