They will create a concept, choosing the theme/season they are wanting to utilize to create the vision of the set, and choose the appropriate items to design the set. Experience in social media, particularly with micro reels on Instagram and TikTok, is beneficial, as well as a background in home decor and merchandising. While prior crafting experience is helpful, it is not necessary. The Designer/Stylist must be adaptable and able to take feedback well, with a willingness to learn the ropes of set styling and design. They should be able to work well in a team environment and be capable of designing and styling sets to meet the client's needs.
