Insight global is looking for an inpatient pharmacy manger for a major health system in the Charleston, SC area. This person will be working onsite on the downtown hospital campus. Day to day... responsibilities include:Leadership: *Operational oversight of the Inpatient Pharmacy areas. *Provide hands-on leadership and operational improvement subject matter expertise to division specific projects and operational improvement teams. *Ensure alignment to operational plans and strategic priorities. *Responsible for selecting, developing, and deploying staff in the most effective manner to meet assigned objectives. *Demonstrate high influence, motivates, and pushes others to succeed in the organizations vision, mission, and goals. *Instill a culture of continual, real-time feedback that integrates with professional development framework.
