Key responsibilities?Assist in executing digital journey strategies across email and web platforms.?Coordinate and deploy email newsletters, including audience segmentation, scheduling, testing, and performance tracking.?Support product, sales and marketing teams with email and marketing campaigns?Submit digital support tickets to the publishing team, escalating issues as needed.?Publish and maintain web content using Seismic, Pardot and Bynder.?Troubleshoot issues related to integrated applications and digital tools.?Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.?Document processes and maintain knowledge base articles.?Participate in team meetings and provide updates on support activities.?Support the BCE team with research and ad hoc tasks Daily tasks?Manage email distribution calendars and content scheduling?Provide QA for digital campaigns (e.g., validating placements and creative).?Coordinate asset delivery and maintain brand consistency across platforms?Submit support tickets for digital projects?Support campaign execution and digital asset management.?Build email templates and send email campaigns using enterprise tools (SalesForce, Pardot, Seismic, RIVA)We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
