Insight Global is looking for a Senior Social Analyst who is a data-driven strategist and platform power user who owns the reporting, insights, and optimization of social media activity across... channels. This role manages end-to-end reporting across all social platforms, leveraging Hootsuite?s analytics, listening, and dashboard capabilities to monitor trends, measure campaign effectiveness, and identify opportunities for optimization. They work cross-functionally with portfolio and insights, marketing research, social, creative, influencer, paid media, and comms teams to provide data-backed recommendations that enhance engagement, strengthen brand reputation, and support business objectives. With a strong understanding of platform metrics, social behavior, and competitive benchmarking, the analyst turns complex data into clear narratives that inform decision-making and elevate social strategy.
