Properly answer and route incoming phone calls.? Greet and support visitors.? Provide corporate staff with administrative support, ensuring efficient office operation.? Perform routine administrative duties such as filing, copying, binding, scanning, maintaining digital and physical filing systems, etc.? Compose, prepare, and finalize letters and assorted documents for Executive review. ? Prepare and provide agendas, schedules, and coordinate meetings, such as the Weekly Sync and contract Kick-Offs, and social events as required.o Schedule and coordinate AVMAC conference rooms and meetings.? Properly construct, write, and edit documents such as memos, letters, instructions, directives, emails, marketing and capability documents, reports, and other correspondence.?
