This role is essential in ensuring all project documentation is complete, accurate, and delivered on time to enable a smooth transition to operations.Key Responsibilities:? Act as the primary liaison between the construction and operations teams during project turnover.? Coordinate, collect, and verify turnover deliverables including as-built drawings, red-line markups, construction document sets, O&M manuals, and other close-out documentation.? Maintain a clear tracking system for all turnover documentation to ensure timely delivery and accountability.? Work with stakeholders, contractors, designers, and internal teams to resolve gaps or discrepancies in deliverables.? Develop and manage turnover schedules, aligning with overall project timelines.? Support handover meetings and facilitate knowledge transfer sessions between construction and operations teams.?
