Job Description

An employer is looking for a Marketing Analytics Program Manager to lead Marketing Initiatives across CRM, Calendar, Channels and Media. As the marketing analytics PM, are the ultimate owner of delivering cross-workstream initiatives based on key outcomes set by the leadership team. You will partner with leaders and other program managers across marketing, tech and finance to lead quick turn workstreams that drive short-term sales growth initiatives, identifying cross-team dependencies, and driving teams to execution. You will run cross-functional meetings, track against the integrated marketing calendar, development timelines, business targets and take ownership of removing barriers to success. You will bring exceptional ability to create order from chaos, provide clarity on the problem and steps needed to resolve. This role will work to surface and mitigate roadblocks and escalate to leadership for key decisions or support. Additional responsibilities will include:
Strategy & Planning
• Aligns to key outcomes and milestones with strategic Managers/Directors
• Drives cross-team planning of contingency plans against the Integrated marketing calendar.
• Builds and maintains integrated program plan to account for both business and customer growth targets
• Partner with other Program Managers to identify and escalate cross-program dependencies and risks

Delivery & Execution
• Owns delivery and execution of contingency initiatives
• Drives action & collaboration across multiple teams to achieve their target outcome
• Gathers top level scope and requirements in partnership with Product Teams
• Coordinates cross-team ceremonies
• Captures, tracks, and status out on top risks, actions, issues, and dependencies
• Identify key decision points for escalation and maintains decision logs
• Give regular updates to stakeholders and Marketing Leadership Team

Required Skills & Experience

7-10 years experience in program/ project management in marketing/ analytics
Well versed in omnichannel data/ retail business dynamics and interdependencies of technology, marketing, and menu
Strong background in analytics and ability to deep dive on the data and story tell
Strong background in integrated marketing and driving sales initiatives
Experience leveraging CRM platforms, marketing channels, media, and calendar teams
Experience evaluating sales forecasts and data as it relates to marketing campaigns
QSR or retail industry experience
