A growing travel company in Boulder, Colorado is looking to add a Finance & Operations Manager to their team! This person will be responsible for managing and improving core financial operations... including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, expense management, and cash flow. You will play a key role in supporting international operations through accurate payment execution, commission calculations, and inter-company transfers. As a cross-functional partner, you?ll lead system implementations, streamline supplier workflows, and develop financial reporting dashboards to support leadership decision-making. The ideal candidate is comfortable in a fast-paced, early-stage environment and passionate about building scalable processes that drive growth.
