The role is heavily focused on hands-on development, supporting enhancements, integrations, and overall system performance within a highly customized environment. Developers operate in a ticket-based model and must be able to ramp quickly and contribute to complex systems from day one.The ideal candidate is a strong Salesforce platform developer with experience building custom applications using Apex and Lightning Web Components, along with experience supporting AWS-based integrations. Experience with Java is helpful, as Apex is conceptually similar and transferable.
