They work with bcbs, and aetna etc. gov pays the insurance companies to send signify to homes to check on people. And insurance companies pay signify. They look at preventative healthcare. They are converting all 10000 to employees. This pm will create the tracks on how thats going to happen for rest of 49 states. What will you do? This key role will collaborate with all HR, Payroll, IT & Administrative teams, in addition to multiple stakeholders and 3rd party vendors.Collaborate with HR, IT, and other departments to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.Lead ongoing evaluations of the human resources landscape and communicate with stakeholders to define requirements to lead the design and implementation of solutions.Analyze existing human resources processes, identify gaps in current systems, and lead resolution projects.
