Remote Release Train Engineer

Our Fortune 500 Client is seeking a Release Train Engineer for a potentially long-term, remote role. We need a senior-level person who can work with multiple products and coordinate their releases... The RTE role is the keeper of Agile for a program, so they must have the capability to be involved with pre- and post-PI (program incremental) planning, keep up with the program Kanban board, all the way down to the individual product and team boards in ADO. This person will ideally have the ability to also act as a Product Owner and Business Analyst as well but will mainly be the RTE or Scrum Master running with everything from user stories with acceptance criteria, to story points, to defining stories and prioritizing the backlog, to coordinating releases and leading the PI planning meetings. They must be comfortable working with the client to populate that information in ADO and also have enough experience to coordinate that amongst multiple products (currently they have 5). It is similar to a Project Manager, but this RTE will have specific skills per SAFe & Agile. REMOTE HCC Coder

Insight Global is hiring a HCC/Risk Adjustment Coder that has a CPC or CCS certification to support a backlog for inpatient and outpatient Medicare advantage projects. Will be expected to meet high... More production metrics and maintain a 96% accuracy score. This team codes the chart right after the patient sees the physician, which requires coders to query the provider as needed. The work will mostly be concurrent coding or pre-bill coding, with some retrospective coding projects and CPT coding/review. Must obtain an active Coding certification (CPC) through AAPC or AHIMA, or a CCS. Will be coding more risk adjustment vs profee. Most of the markets are strictly risk adjustment focusing on HCC ICD-10 codes only. We do code from the problem list with supporting documentation, so experience with problem list coding is preferred,. Will also be responsible to validate the CPT codes and non-HCC codes. These markets are still only reviewing Medicare Advantage members. I would say 20-30% of our work require CPT review. Also, most of the projects are concurrent coding. (Current progress notes, only reviewing one progress note at a time). Our concurrent coding projects will also require the coders to query the providers for conflicting documentation or lack of specificity, and occasionally suspect. We do sometimes have retro projects that will encompass reviewing all progress notes for one patient in a one-to-two-year period. The compliance analyst will also act as secondary to the change manager and oversee the change management process. The incumbent is responsible for evaluating all IT controls, policies, and processes to develop and maintain a testing program that ensures IT's ongoing compliance, and results in IT being 'Audit Ready' or able to pass an audit of IT at any point in the year. The Compliance Analyst will work with their IT and business counterparts to obtain all evidence required for IT Audits; comparing the actual results with the expected results, identifying and assisting the Control Owner(s) to mitigate any deficiencies in IT compliance, and then re-testing as needed to ensure the deficiencies are addressed effectively.
