This person will work in a team of 2 others to upkeep the health of all of their Windows Servers. This is a fast-paced, fast-growing environment in behavioral health. They are rapidly expanding their treatment centers and plan to move their data center as the first big project this person will take part in. Travel will be required about 15% of the time.
IT System Engineer focuses on daily server administration, performance management, optimization, and system management, including, but not limited to technical configuration, setup, installation services, and coordination of projects and ongoing administration.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Planning, installing, documenting, and supporting the server application infrastructure
Identify areas for improvement, problem identification, and resolution
Responsible for overall system performance, capacity planning, application availability and business continuance
Responsible for the implementation of baseline changes and respond to change requests
Perform technical evaluations, analysis, and troubleshooting for all supported servers
Build servers by providing technical configuration, setup, installation services, hardware and coordination of application projects

- At least 7 years experience as a Systems Engineer/Administrator with CISCO
- Degree or MCSE
- Experience with certificate management
- 5+ years experience with SCCM
- 5+ years SSO experience
- Experience with Network Policy Server (NPS)
