This individual will join the IT Shipboard team to support delivery of a key product initiative, functioning as a hybrid Project Manager and Scrum Master responsible for both project execution and... Agile team facilitation. They will manage project scope, timelines, milestones, and overall delivery progress while leading core Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. The role involves close partnership with Product Owners to prioritize and manage the backlog, define project requirements, and translate them into actionable user stories. Additionally, this individual will track sprint progress, proactively remove blockers, and ensure the team remains on track to meet commitments, while driving clear communication and alignment across business units and technical teams. They will provide ongoing status updates, manage risks and issues, and promote Agile best practices to foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
