The main role of the Data Research Analyst will be to... create, send, and analyze large-scale surveys intended to learn about the player base of the core gaming products.Job Functions? Create surveys and trackers to support all products and initiatives? Design questions that do not bias respondents? Use best practice methodologies to produce actionable, accurate, and representative data.? Advanced, survey focused, data visualizations (Tableau, Excel, Sheets)? Creating clear reports and dashboards based on surveys sent to players and users of their products.? Data queries (HIVE, Snowflake, Tableau)? Querying multiple types of databases and plugging data queries directly into tools like Tableau are essential for this role. These skills will be used to target audiences for survey sends, pull in additional analytics to identify respondents, and allow for advanced data visualizations.? Report writing and presenting data? Writing detailed and understandable reports that will speak to a variety of audiences across the enterprise? Presenting data in meetings and providing additional relevant context where applicable.? Act as backup for all functions of current data researchers? Provide support to UX researchers on report creation that involves data visualization.? Quickly pivot with new data to ensure a constant flow of player insights are output as updated player survey data is received to ensure we are always reporting on timely and relevant findings.? Contribute to overall needs of the UXR team e.g. peer review, supporting other teams with survey expertise, etc.?
