Job Description
A large fortune 50 company in Memphis, TN is seeking a Senior Project Manager to support strategic initiatives within the Vendor Management Office (VMO). This individual will lead cross-functional projects related to contingent workforce operations, vendor management, reporting, and process optimization within the VNDLY platform. The ideal candidate combines strong project management expertise with advanced analytical capabilities, including expert-level Excel and Power BI skills, to drive data-driven decision making and operational excellence. Day to day operations will include leading end-to-end project delivery for VMO initiatives, including process improvements, reporting enhancements, system implementations, and workforce management projects, partnering with business stakeholders, IT teams, procurement, HR, finance, and external vendors to ensure successful execution of strategic programs and developing and maintaining executive-level reporting, dashboards, scorecards, and KPI tracking using Power BI. Durning this assignment this project manager will analyze large data sets from VNDLY and other workforce management systems to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and operational improvements.

Required Skills & Experience
7+ years of Project Management experience leading large-scale business and technology initiatives.
Advanced Microsoft Excel expertise, including: Power Query, Power Pivot, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Index/Match
Complex reporting models, Data automation and analysis
Power BI experience
Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
PMP or equivalent project management certification.
