In this role, the ideal candidate will be responsible for the following: provide direct technical support to Dealer Technicians by identifying customer concerns and reviewing prior troubleshooting results, provide rapid and accurate technical and diagnostic support using our internal case management tool TCS 365; following on repair progress to ensure maximum uptime in returning trucks to service; provide Software Support on engine applications that require special approvals, additional research or are regulated by government agencies. Provide instructions and updates to dealer technicians on these situations; work with multiple divisions to certify and test new diagnostic tools or improvements to existing tools and support continuous improvement teams; escalate complex issues to Field Service Engineers, Advanced Diagnostic Engineering, Technical Document Specialists, Customer Service Managers, and Internal Management Team; provide detailed documentation to appropriate divisions regarding product quality and improvements.
