As a Sales Compensation Manager, you are a significantly experienced professional responsiblefor the advanced execution of the sales compensation process and regional commissionsaccounting. You serve... as a subject-matter expert for your assigned region, ensuring theaccuracy of crediting and payout calculations through rigorous audit protocols and AI-poweredanalytics. You independently manage complex inquiries from sales leadership and driveimprovements to the end-to-end commissions workflow to ensure scalability and SOXcompliance. This position is a senior individual contributor role reporting to the Director, SalesCompensation Strategy.Minimum 2 days a week onsite (Wednesdays mandatory) Responsibility? Manage the end-to-end monthly commissions cycle for assigned regions, from systemset-up and crediting to final payroll submission? Prepare and reconcile monthly commission accruals to ensure accurate financialreporting and support the month-end accounting close?
