Role Overview
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, dependable Bookkeeper/Accountant to own day-to-day financial operations across our businesses. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working in a small business environment, takes ownership of their work, and brings consistency and care to everything they do.
What You’ll Do
Core Accounting & Bookkeeping
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Issue purchase orders (POs) and customer invoices
Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks
Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
Financial Operations Support
Track and manage inventory related to warehousing services
Support raw materials buying/selling transactions
Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation
Property & Administrative Accounting
Track rental income and property-related expenses
Manage HOA payments, insurance, and utilities
Coordinate with external firms handling rent collection
Assist with tax preparation and reporting
General Business Support
Use Microsoft Office (especially Excel) for reporting and tracking
Maintain CRM system records and basic tracking
Help improve processes and keep operations running smoothly

Required Skills & Experience
- 5 years of QuickBooks online and office suite
- CRM experience
