Perform day-to-day general ledger accounting for multiple properties? Complete monthly bank reconciliations across multiple operating, escrow, and investor accounts? Prepare accurate and timely monthly financial statements and supporting schedules? Maintain and reconcile balance sheet accounts, including reserves, security deposits, taxes, and insurance? Manage debt schedules, investor activity, and LIHTC-related accounting? Reconcile deposits and resolve discrepancies with property management teams? Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close, including audit schedules and documentation? Assist with cash management, transfers, and banking requests (ACHs, stop payments, etc.)Partner with Property Management and Asset Management to support budgets, reporting, and portfolio needsCompensation:$60,000 to $80,000 per year annual salary.
