Insight Global is sourcing a strategic yet hands-on Mandarin speaking HR Director (or above) to lead one of our fastest growing start up clients in the Bay Area's human resources function. This role... will go beyond traditional HR responsibilities?bringing business acumen, organizational design expertise, and startup agility to help shape our client?s growth trajectory. The ideal candidate has successfully built HR frameworks in dynamic, high-growth companies, and can partner directly with leadership and managers to align talent, performance, and organizational structure with business goals. Responsibilities: ? Organizational Development & Restructuring -Lead org design and restructuring initiatives to align with evolving business priorities. -Maintain and optimize the org chart, ensuring clarity in reporting lines, roles, and responsibilities. ? Compensation & Benefits Strategy -Oversee salary benchmarking and develop fair, competitive, and scalable compensation structures. -Evaluate and optimize benefits programs that enhance employee satisfaction and retention. ? Performance Management & KPI Alignment -Partner with department head or business unit stakeholder to define role-specific KPIs and performance metrics. -Develop frameworks for performance reviews, goal-setting, and continuous feedback. ? HR Operations & Compliance -Lead HR policies, employee relations, and compliance across US and cross-border offices. -Implement scalable HR systems, SOPs, and processes to support company growth. ?
