This candidate must have a Secret clearance. 3-5 years' experience as a Web Developer, including developing... and enhancing site navigation and web pages, and building websites and applications that integrate with a database backend. They should be proficient with .NET, Visual Basic, classic ASP, SQL, JavaScript, and HTML, and have hands-on experience designing, testing, developing, and maintaining websites and applications within the Microsoft .NET Framework. This role requires the ability to write code using HTML, the Microsoft Framework, Visual Basic, and similar web programming languages, as well as the ability to prepare and maintain clear technical documentation. Candidates should also have experience writing, updating, and reviewing documentation related to website and application development, along with providing technical website maintenance and guidance on issues involving animations, search engine optimization, navigation, link functionality, browser compatibility, graphics, and other web technologies. Additional responsibilities include delivering technical support and managing the software infrastructure used to implement and maintain customer-facing websites. A solid understanding of web development tools, techniques, Java, GIF/animation, HTML coding, browser behavior, and GUI design applications is required, and basic graphic design skills may be beneficial. Familiarity with the Risk Management Framework (RMF) process is expected, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred qualifications include a solid understanding of the ServiceNow trouble-ticketing system and a bachelor?s degree in information systems, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
