Own in-year target adjustments.Lead capacity and demand modeling to guide/enable resource sharing and resource add discussionsEstablish an operating cadence to strategically collaborate horizontally across engineering teams on headcount plans both in current and forthcoming. Set & agree to targets for each GPE team.Set-up a contemporary process / standard work for review and approval of HC addsOwn, maintain daily management headcount dashboardAnalyze HC data to identify trends and provide insights for decision makingSupport businesses processes, such as: headcount planning by quarter, total year, Long Range Forecast, Budget and Op planningEstablish and drive consistency of data sources for one source of truth & alignment with dataPrepare presentations, tailored to the audience that convey key messages / guidanceOwn narratives on HC changes and clearly communicate at all levels of the organizationSupport organizational simplification & build/execute plans for continuous improvement, productivity and automationEffectively work cross functionally and lead teams to a common goalPartner with Ops Leaders to develop strategies to optimize headcount allocation across the Engineering orgWe are a company committed to creating inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
