Provides financial analysis and prepares internal and external financial reports by compiling information from various sources including operating and custodial banks, bond trustees, investment... managers and credit card merchant and gateway systems. Prepares daily cash position analysis. Prepare various funding requests. Ensures receipts and disbursements handed in the Corporate Finance Department are properly disbursed from or deposited into the appropriate accounts and/or lockboxes. Assist with ACH/Check positive pay items. Responds to requests for analysis and provides analytical support to the Finance management team. Discusses banking, custody, investment, and merchant statements with department personnel as necessary and investigates variances as requested. Produces monthly investment compliance analyses and credit card reconciliations, researches and resolves discrepancies, if identified. Manages credit card device inventory. Assist with ad-hoc analysis, issue resolution, and provide customer support as requested.Assists Treasurer, Assistant Director of Finance, Controllers, and corporate finance staff in the preparation of annual audited financial statements, related schedules, and notes. Maintains, updates, and prepares bond financing, compliance analyses, and reports that support preand post-issuance of tax-exempt debt.We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Treasury Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in treasury operations, cash management, and financial analysis.
