A healthcare insurance provider is looking for an IT Business Analyst with healthcare domain expertise. Candidates local to Hartford, CT that can be hybrid are preferred, but this can be remote for... the right person. This IT BA is will be someone who serves as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating complex healthcare business needs into clear, actionable technical solutions. This role is responsible for eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business and technical requirements, developing detailed technical specifications, and creating comprehensive process maps to support process improvement initiatives. The analyst brings strong data analysis and data mapping experience, partnering with data and engineering teams to design and support large-scale, complex data structures and pipelines that organize, standardize, and integrate data to meet reporting, analytics, and insight-generation needs.
