We are looking for a Serialization Analyst who will be working fully remote for a global team who is led out of New Jersey. This role is responsible for executing the operational capability for... several programs including serialization and traceability for the client's products. They will serve as a point of contact and have day-to-day operational leadership with triage support for customers as they report daily issues, and will be responsible for documenting and monitoring intakes that come through their mailbox. They will be helping to resolve customer issues by partnering with more senior team members with expertise in this field, updating standard operating procedures as needed. This is a long-term contract, as we expect demand to peak and continue throughout the remainder of the year and for years to come.
