The role is advisory in nature and focuses on tracking, coordination, documentation review, and executive-level reporting.Day-to-Day Responsibilities- Track submission timelines for IT security documentation, including System Security Plans (SSPs) and required updates- Review security documentation for completeness against established requirements and identify gaps or missing elements- Maintain compliance trackers and dashboards to monitor progress toward authorization milestones- Track authorization and assessment activities, including documentation submissions, audit timelines, remediation items, and approval milestones- Coordinate meetings among technical teams, security stakeholders, and leadership to support authorization and compliance activities- Document meeting outcomes, action items, and follow-ups to ensure accountability and progress- Monitor submission of required compliance reports and audits, reviewing materials for completeness and alignment with requirements- Track adherence to website and digital standards, monitoring changes to applicable policies and flagging potential impacts- Maintain deliverables matrices to monitor schedules, dependencies, and potential delays- Identify risks to compliance or schedule and provide written analysis and summaries for leadership awareness- Prepare monthly status reports, executive summaries, and briefing materials that clearly communicate compliance posture and trends- Analyze systemic issues and recommend process improvements to improve efficiency and visibility (advisory only)Compensation:$50-68/hr.
