The Director of Labor Management is responsible for participating in the development and execution of the Memorial Hermann labor resource management strategy to achieve the goal of having the right... people in the right place at the right time and at the right price. The position is responsible for providing leadership and guidance of the organization?s processes, functions, and activities around forecasting and planning labor resource needs, productivity and labor spend management, labor resource staffing, labor specific operations improvement, and creating and maintaining an agile workforce.
