This person will create work packages, create construction plans, bill material and will be in charge of the scope or work schedule. This person will be in charge of owning their own field work where they will be taking notes, pictures, measurements and will ultimately be in charge of the designing the project construction plans. The work will be developed using Geographic Info?rmation Systems (GIS), Computer Aided Design (CAD) tools, Work Management Systems (WMS), and other client systems. The project work will require performing engineering calculations that may include: structural analysis of poles, guying, cable pulling, electric demand, transformer sizing, voltage drop and flicker, and coordination of protective devices. Pay Range: $29.00-$35.00 depending on experience levelExact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. We are looking for a specialist to help administer and manage construction packages. This work will be supporting the largest utility company on the west coast. In this role you will be working in... More unifier and supporting the multiple RFI's that come into a specific Construction Manager. This group works with 7-10 different contract vendors that each have about five different people submitting RFI's to this end client. We need this person to help with data entry in DPM, submit work authorizations and draft them for each vendor. There is about 50-150 projects per week and half which they could have half of them with RFI's. Some of these RFI's are focused on system hardening, pole and maintenance tags as well as undergrounding. The RFI's could be for new work, existing work. For example if a contractor took four hours to dig for a pole, they had to bring in special piece of equipment and then we are adding more spend to the original quote.
