The Design Manager will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to deliver successful retail spaces.Day to Day Responsibilities include: ? Assist the Senior Manager and Design Director in coordinating all phases of retail design project, including initial drawing and as-built site reviews? Develop and manage budgets, track expenses, and forecast costs. Negotiate contracts with Architects and agencies. Control costs throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring projects are completed within budget. Prepare and submit regular budget reports.?
