Will oversee hardware procurement, hardware lifecycle management, and software asset management with a heavy focus on cloud optimization and cloud migration. The company has been going through an infrastructure migration to the cloud, which is near completion, but will require this person to oversee a lot of optimization efforts. This is a heavily operational role, with the priority responsibilities to be driven by performance of the teams against SLAs, whether that's the help desk or autonomous systems and managing outages.
